I just got the news, that the long hair festival of 2011 will be held in middle of April. The data of festival will be April 15th to 17th. April 15th is signature day for long hair ladies, and April 16th to April 17th for contest. Now it's in the signature process, will be end at March 20th. Then the committee will select 24 ladies to participate the long hair festival at the end of March. 

It will be held in Juancheng city, Shandong province. You may fly to Beijing first, then take train to Heze. The train takes about 6-7 hours from Beijing to Heze.

You may plan your schedule in time if you have interest to visit the festival. You'd better contact the committee to ensure whether you are allowed to view the festival.
