Nie Yanqiu is a grandmother, 53 years old. She lives in west Huaiyuan road, Xixia district, Ningxia city, the capital of Ningxia province. She is 1.58 meters tall and kept growing long hair since 1991. Now her hair is 2 meters long.
She does not like haircut and always like long hair in her life. When she was young, her 2 older sisters wear long braids, she envy them and wanted to grow hair long too. So her hair became longer and longer.
She does not wash hair often, only once a week. It takes her more than half an hour to wash hair. She never color or marcel her hair, and eat fruit often. That's her experience of maintaining long hair.
